Students Take Part In Victory Day Celebration 2023

On 16th December, we celebrated the 52nd anniversary of Bangladesh's Victory Day at GPH International School.

Our students took part in a parade, cultural program and art exhibition, celebrating the history and culture of Bangladesh. We are grateful to our students and teachers for their dedication and enthusiasm.

GPHIS Welcomes Brig. Gen. Khandaker Farhad As New Principal

We are delighted to announce that Brigadier General Khandaker Farhad Hossain has joined us as our new principal. He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of education, having served as the founder principal of President Professor Dr. Iajuddin Ahmed Residential Model School and College, the principal of Ispahani Public School and College, and the president of all Cantonment Public Schools and Colleges and English Medium Schools. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Cadet College and a distinguished officer in the army. We are confident that under his leadership, GPH International School will continue to excel and achieve new heights of excellence.

After 2 consecutive years of lockdown, the students of GPH International School have finally got the opportunity for a study tour. It was arranged at Idrakpur Fort, one of the biggest historical attractions of Munshiganj.

Raising Awareness On Environmental Issues 2022

GPHIS aims at raising awareness among the future leaders about the existing environmental challenges and concerns. Henceforth, we organized a session for the children to watch an educative documentary on environmental issues and solutions.

The tragic loss of the lives caused by the incident in Sitakunda today reminds us one more time that the safety of our nature and lives come first and foremost, and we must not forget that this is the only one earth we live in.

Resumption Of On-campus Classes From Wednesday, 2 March 2022

Dear Parents,
Assalamu' Alaikum.
With great pleasure, we would like to announce that GPHIS will be resuming on-campus classes from Wednesday, 2nd March 2022. The students are required to maintain the following instructions:

• The students must enter the school before 8:45 am.
• Wearing mask is mandatory to enter the campus.
• Carrying extra masks for urgencies is recommended.
• All must wash hands or use hand sanitizers frequently.
• Parents are advised to ensure that students are sent with fresh & healthy snacks and own water bottles.
• Both students and parents must maintain social distancing.
• Parents are advised not to wait outside the school while classes are going on.
• Take the students home as soon as the classes are over.
• Students should stay home from school if they have any signs of illness or a fever.
• Bring books and copies as per routine.

Video Conference Guidelines For Parents Meeting On 24 April 2021

Dear parents,
GPH International School takes the opportunity to invite you for a virtual Parent-Teacher conference on Friday, 30th April, 2021. Timing is 11:00 am- 12:00 pm. Where possible, we encourage children to take part in the meeting with their parents and class teachers. Video Conference Guidelines for Parents-

1. Please be respectful of time and attend the meeting on time.
2. Students/ Parents should never share a Zoom ID or Meeting ID with anyone else, or the password associated with joining the meeting. Unidentified participants will be asked to leave.
3. At the bottom of the window, click the button labeled "Raise Hand”🤚to question or comment.
4. Try to limit any background distractions if you turn your video or audio on.
5. Please be considerate towards any unexpected technological glitches and wait patiently.

Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from your child’s teacher/ school administrators if necessary.
