Video Conference Guidelines For Parents Meeting On 24 April 2021

Dear parents,
GPH International School takes the opportunity to invite you for a virtual Parent-Teacher conference on Friday, 30th April, 2021. Timing is 11:00 am- 12:00 pm. Where possible, we encourage children to take part in the meeting with their parents and class teachers. Video Conference Guidelines for Parents-

1. Please be respectful of time and attend the meeting on time.
2. Students/ Parents should never share a Zoom ID or Meeting ID with anyone else, or the password associated with joining the meeting. Unidentified participants will be asked to leave.
3. At the bottom of the window, click the button labeled "Raise Hand”🤚to question or comment.
4. Try to limit any background distractions if you turn your video or audio on.
5. Please be considerate towards any unexpected technological glitches and wait patiently.

Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance from your child’s teacher/ school administrators if necessary.
